We’ve talked before about my nerd level excitement and dedication to continued education over on this previous blog post so you already know a little bit about it, but I wanted to dive deeper since I’m about ready to head out again for another trip to Southern California.
On Wednesday I leave for an NBR Mastermind Event. It’s a 2 day event where we learn continued education in the NBR Method and also talk about the 3rd Quarter of business with other entrepreneurs - basically a hair nerd convention geeking out over NBR transformations and personal growth. lol but for reals.
These events are held every quarter, in addition to 2 NBR Hands on Intensive classes. -small group geeking out over learning MORE stuff. :P
All these classes are not mandatory for those us in Mastermind to go to, but they are provided and are tailored each time to match where we are in our education and are offered for everyone in the continuing education program.
This will be my 5th time this year that I fly out for Education. I’ve gone to both of my Hands on Intensive classes, and this will be my 3rd time going out for a Quarterly Event.
At one point in my mind - the thought of that seemed outrageous - in SO many ways.
Now, I am so beyond committed to offering the best Hand Tied Hair Extension service I possibly can, because I know the impact it is having on the way women feel about themselves!
I want to master that color blend, for the stitching to be clean and neat, for the beadwork to be comfortable and for you to feel SO good that even you are excited for the camera to come out for after photos.
So I go spend time and money to put my self in a room where I can learn from the creator of the method her lead trainer and their education team.
I’m always impressed with the education that they offer - each time it gets tailored more and more to what we need as students. I’m beyond stoked that this event there are break out sessions and we get to go work with small groups and trainers on the areas we personally asked to learn more about.
I MEAN COME ON! How rad is that? It’s not a “sit here and learn this” type event. It’s hands on training with small groups on the exact topics we are needing extra work in.
I am dedicated to offering my clients the best service I can possibly provide. It’s in part because I want to offer my best work at all times as my own personal standard and love for the art, but right there with that I want you to know that when you invest in your self with hair extensions - you know that I am investing in my education and craft so you can have the BEST experience possible.
